Two ways to pay. Your files are yours either way.
Seven days to try it, then €99 once at the launch price (regularly €199) or €69 a year. Either way sitereal writes files you own: when a yearly license ends, the app stops opening projects, and every site it built keeps building without it.
Trial
for seven days
The whole application. Cancel before day seven and nothing is charged.
- Every feature, unlocked
- macOS, Windows and Linux
- Real .astro files from the first save
- Keep everything it wrote when the week is up
Card up front, canceled in one click. If you do nothing, it becomes the yearly license on day seven.
Yearly
per year
Every update for as long as you renew.
- Everything in the application
- Every update while the license runs
- Commercial and client work
- Three machines, one person
- Runs to the end of the paid year
- Support by email
Renews once a year. Cancel whenever you like — it runs until the year you paid for ends.
Lifetime
once — launch price, regularly €199
Every update there will ever be.
- Everything in the yearly license
- All future versions included
- Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel
- Three machines, one person
- Support by email
The launch price is half of what lifetime will cost once it ends, and it is the same license either way. Lifetime has no trial — it is a one-off purchase. Try it on the yearly plan first if you want the seven days.
Prices include VAT. The checkout shows the amount in your own currency and the invoice comes from our payment provider, Paddle, who is the seller of record and handles the tax for your country.
A license that ends does not take your sites with it.
The yearly license runs for as long as you renew it. When it ends, sitereal stops opening projects — but everything it wrote is plain Astro in your own folders, and it keeps building, deploying and running without us.
You subscribe
Every release that year is yours, on all three platforms, on up to three machines.
You stop
At the end of the year you paid for, sitereal stops opening projects. Your sites are untouched: they are your files, and they build without it.
You come back
Renew and the newest version is yours again — at the ordinary price, with no penalty and no second purchase.
The same application, whichever you pick.
There is no feature behind a tier. The difference between the two licenses is how long you keep receiving new versions.
All three platforms
macOS, Windows and Linux, from one license and one download page.
Client work included
Build sites for other people and charge for them. There is no separate commercial tier to find out about later.
Your files, not ours
Plain .astro, real content files and a CSS token layer. Delete sitereal and the site still builds.
Unlimited projects
The license belongs to the person, not the site. Open as many folders as you like.
Three machines
A desktop, a laptop, and the one you are about to replace. Release one yourself when you retire it.
Works offline
The engine, the canvas and the emitter run on your machine. The license checks in rarely and forgives a long silence.
Agents and MCP
The builder's own operations over MCP, so Claude Code can read and write the site the way you do.
Every update in the window
Not a subset, not a channel. Whatever ships while your license runs is what you get.
Asked before buying.
The license itself is on the software license page, in the same plain words.
Read the licenseWhat happens when my yearly license ends?
sitereal stops opening projects until you renew. Nothing is deleted: your projects are ordinary files in your own folders, and your sites keep building and running without sitereal.
Can I move from yearly to lifetime?
Yes. Whatever you have already paid for the current year comes off the price of the lifetime license.
How many machines does one license cover?
Three, for one person. You can release a machine yourself when you retire it, so replacing a laptop costs nothing and needs no email.
Do I need an account?
Yes. The trial is a subscription with a card behind it, so it needs an account — that is also where your license and your three machines live. The application itself still runs entirely on your own computer.
Can I have an invoice with my VAT ID?
Yes. The checkout takes a VAT ID and issues the invoice with reverse charge where that applies.
Do you refund?
Within fourteen days, without asking why. That is also why the trial is a full week with every feature unlocked — you should not need the refund to find out.
Is there a team or agency license?
Not as a plan yet. If you need more than three machines, or one invoice for several people, write to the address in the legal notice and we will sort it out by hand until there is one.
Students, non-profits, open source?
Ask. We would rather say yes to a real reason than build a form for it.
Seven days free, cancel any time.
Open a folder and see what it writes. If it turns out not to be for you, you are left with a working Astro project.
